Aaron Madonna, Co-Founder

Aaron graduated from Colorado State University with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Business Administration in December 2008. During his time at CSU he was one of the founding members of United Men of Color, a student organization that has won multiple awards and continues to make an impact on campus.

In the spring semester of 2007, Juwon Melvin and Aaron Madonna founded DreamReel Media, a company designed to inspire young adults to pursue their passions. Through DreamReel Media he has co-authored 2 books, Destination College and Help IDK What I Want To Do With My Life.

After graduating he worked for CSU’s Office of Admissions and spent over a year traveling the country and recruiting high school students from the states of Illinois, Michigan, California, Indiana and Colorado.

 

Tracy Dunagan, Marketing 

Tracy brings 20 years of PR experience to our team. Her Denver based firm, Impact Communications is a botique communications agency offering public relations, business writing, and marketing communications services to entities of all size and type. Simply put, Tracy is our PR Superwoman!

 

Ashton Williams, Marketing

Ashton graduated from Colorado State University in 2008 with a B.A. in Speech Communication and a minor in Ethnic Studies. He plays integral role in our outreach and marketing efforts.

 

Ashleigh Madonna, Operations

Ashleigh is an undergraduate senior at Regis University, majoring in Peace and Justice Studies. She is looking to make a positive impact on our world through her work at LifeSoap Company. Ashleigh plays a critical role in our shipping and operations systems.

 

Juwon Melvin, Co-Founder

Juwon graduated from Colorado State University in 2008 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a certificate in Entrepreneurship. During his time at CSU Juwon was involved in many leadership opportunities, won many leadership awards and merit based scholarships.

While still in college in 2007, Juwon and his good friend Aaron Madonna started DreamReel Media. They have co-authored two books, Destination College, and Help! IDK What I Want To Do With My Life.

After graduating he took a position in CSU’s Center for Advising and Student Achievement. After traveling in Morocco and Nicaragua, and seeing the effects of poverty on children in developing countries, he became inspired to use his business background to make both a profit and a difference. In May 2011 he left his position with the University and launched LifeSoap Company.
